In accordance with current legislation, stock exchange regulations, and other applicable frameworks at any given time, the company strives to regularly provide accurate, reliable, and up-to-date financial information. Financial information is routinely disseminated in the following forms:
- Quarterly reports (published as press releases)
- Annual reports
- Press releases containing news and significant events that may impact the stock price.
The board is responsible for documenting how the quality of the company’s financial reporting is ensured and how the company communicates with its auditor. The company maintains ongoing communication with the auditor

I enlighet med gällande lagstiftning och börsregler samt andra vid var tid tillämpliga regelverk eftersträvar bolaget att regelbundet tillhandahålla korrekt, tillförlitlig och aktuell finansiell information. Den finansiella informationen publiceras regelbundet i form av:
· Kvartalsrapporter (publiceras som pressreleaser)
· Årsredovisning
· Pressreleaser innehållande nyheter och väsentliga händelser som kan påverka börskursen. Styrelsen ansvarar för att dokumentera hur kvaliteten i bolagets finansiella rapportering säkerställs samt hur bolaget kommunicerar med sin revisor. Bolaget har löpande kontakter med revisorn
