Auditors

The auditor is tasked with auditing OncoZenge’s annual report and accounts as well as the Board and CEO’s administration of the company. After the end of each financial year the auditor is required to submit an audit report and consolidated audit report to the annual general meeting.

At the general shareholders’ meeting on September 24, 2020 the auditing firm Ernst & Young AB (Jakobsbergsgatan 24, Box 7850, SE-103 99 Stockholm) was appointed as OncoZenge’s auditor. The mandate runs until the end of next AGM. Authorized Public Accountant Andreas Troberg has been Auditor-in-Charge since fall 2020.
